Refund Policy
If the report is not useful, request a refund within seven days.
- Applies to the $9 Personalized Risk & Action Report, within 7 days of purchase.
- No hoops: use the contact form (choose “refund”) with the email you used at checkout. We may ask one question — what fell short — because refund reasons drive product fixes, not because the refund depends on the answer.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
- If report generation fails and cannot be completed, we refund automatically — you don’t need to ask.
We track refund reasons in aggregate as a product-quality signal.
